Manfred
Mosk, Ph.D. is the President of Technomedics Management & Systems,
Inc., a life sciences consulting firm. Dr. Mosk is the co-founder
and a Director of ImmunoCellular Therapeutics,
Ltd., OncoTx, Inc. and BioOncologics, Inc. companies, each of
which are engaged in the research and development of proprietary
novel drugs for the treatment of certain solid tumors. He serves
as a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars Sinai Medical
Center.
Dr. Mosk served as
the Chairman of Duska Therapeutics, Inc. (ATP based drugs),
and a Director of Arbios, Inc. (devices for
the treatment of liver failure), California State University
Foundation, UCLA’s Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation, College
of Naturopathic Medicine and as Economic Counselor, Eastern European
Division, Pfizer Inc.
As co-founder, President and CEO of Medco Research, Inc., this
company clinically developed and obtained FDA approval to market
the first adenosine based drugs for the treatment of paroxysmal
supraventricular tachycardia (Adenocard) and the pharmacological
stressor (Adenoscan) which is used in conjunction with cardiac
imaging for the detection of coronary artery disease. Medco Research,
Inc. was acquired by King Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Dr. Mosk holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in business administration
from California State University and California Western University
and CW in pharmacology from The Institute for Applied Pharmaceutical
Sciences. He is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences,
the International Society of Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research,
the American Heart Association, the International Society of
Stem Cell Research, the National Kidney Foundation, the American
Society of Health Economists and the National Association of
Business Economists.
